About Us
who we are
FAAMI is a faith based, non-governmental, non-profit organization working tirelessly for the advancement of women, youth and children through the Word of God, information, communication and education for a spiritual, social political and economic well-being in the society.
Our charity was established in January 1999 with its office in Kaduna State, Nigeria, and the organisation is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and the Nigeria Youth Clubs/Association respectively.
FAAMI is governed by a vibrant Board of Trustees and a highly competent technical team in program management, especially in OVC care and support, communication and education for spiritual, social, political and economic well-being in society.
Friday Fellowship
FAAMI holds a weekly meeting for teaching the word and prayers towards building the faith of people. The venue of this meeting is at Rhema Living Word Church Ungwan Romi Kaduna at 10am every Friday.
Aims and objectives
To build strong Christian family relationships based on the Word of God. To strengthen existing families to withstand the onslaught of Satan aimed at destroying the family unit.
To educate and cause awareness to young upcoming single adults on God’s principles on marriage and the family, to help them choose and build a strong Christian family in future.
To reconcile, heal, restore and bring smiles to families that are attacked, broken up or facing life troubles.
Outreaches
FAAMI organises outreaches to
Schools
Visiting schools to reach teenagers on healthy family relationships, teenage sexuality and career guidance.
Churches
We organise marriage and family seminars.
Children
Teaching them from a young age with the gospel of Jesus Christ so that their future will be secured in their families.
Singles
Educating and preparing single adults on the areas of choices in marriage and laying a solid foundation for married living.
Family and life education
Teaching of eight to ten weeks courses on marriage and family living to couples, singles, widows and single parents.
